Job Description

Acts as a key point of contact for media production, website management, and publishing efforts across the Asia Area, supporting various church-publishing languages and media initiatives.

  • Manages and maintains regional website content, updates, website design, and website maintenance
  • Delivers special media service projects such as creating visual text and imagery, website graphics, layouts, typesetting, and other creative assignments as assigned
  • Coordinates media-related projects with country media coordinators under the direction of the Area Production and Channel Manager
  • Performs various publishing functions related to digital media production and broadcast event support
  • Manages the creation of digital media projects such as filming, video production, photography, and social media content, primarily through external vendors
  • Engages with external media and production providers for contracting, project management, and relationship management purposes
  • Ensures projects are completed on schedule and maintain a high standard of quality
  • Bachelor’s Degree in related field or an equivalent combination of education and/or experience
  • Minimum 3 years of work experience in related field
  • Fluent in spoken and written English
  • Demonstrated experience in website design, website management, and website maintenance
  • Intense interest in media and demonstrated experience working on projects in audio and visual production
  • Proven graphic design experience and sound knowledge of the principles of photography, videography, video editing, audio recording, mixing, mastering, and storytelling
  • Strong computer skills and familiarity with website development tools and design software/technologies such as InDesign, Illustrator, Photoshop, Premiere Pro, and After Effects
  • Strong track record of delivering projects on time and with a high level of quality
  • Keen ability to manage external vendors and provide constructive feedback during creative content development
  • Excellent communication and coordination skills
  • Ability to work effectively across multiple countries, cultures, and languages within the Asia Area
