Prescription Access Liaison

VytlOne is currently recruiting for a Prescription Access Liaison for The Pharmacy at HMC. The Prescription Access Liaison is an integral part of the care team. This position will work independently in the hospital and pharmacy environment to establish strong, credible relationships with patient, clinicians, and internal pharmacy staff to help provide high level, specialized prescriptive care to patients beyond the scope of routine pharmacy practice in a timely and professional manner.
