Civil Engineering Team Leader (PE), Water & Wastewater: Halff has an opening for a Civil Engineering Team Leader to office in either our Houston, TX or The Woodlands, TX location. The ideal candidate will bring civil engineering experience with a focus on water & wastewater in the consulting industry & working with, or for, public & private sector clients. The successful candidate should have experience in designing & managing water & wastewater utility and/or facility projects, with a capacity to make decisions independently & resolve complex problems. At least 12 years of experience with water & wastewater projects, involving treatment processes, water pipeline, sanitary sewer, &/or pump facility design, modeling & planning. Licensed PE in TX. Experience leading a project team.
