Position Overview

We are hiring a Program Manager/Case Manager for our Intensive Outpatient Program (IOP) in Holladay. This role supports adults with substance use and co-occurring mental health disorders.

 

You’ll work closely with therapists and medical staff to help create a safe, trauma-informed environment that promotes healing and long-term recovery.

 

 

Schedule & Pay

  • Full-Time
  • Days: Monday-Thursday
  • Hours: 11:30 AM – 9:30 PM 
  • Pay: $22–$24/hour

  • Reliable commute (or relocation plan) to Holladay, UT 84124
  • Ability to work mid-day and evening shifts

Clinical Support & Client Care

  • Facilitate psychoeducation groups
  • Conduct intake assessments for new clients
  • Meet 1:1 with patients to address case management needs
  • Provide emotional support and respond to client needs
  • Assist therapists and medical providers with client care

Documentation & Coordination

  • Complete accurate, timely clinical notes
  • Track monthly intakes and discharges
  • Attend weekly clinical team meetings
  • Coordinate care with after-hours staff

Operations & Office Management

  • Serve as clinical office manager
  • Maintain inventory and order supplies
  • Ensure a clean and organized facility
  • Report and follow up on facility maintenance needs

Medication Support

  • Dispense and document daily medications
  • Coordinate with pharmacy to ensure accuracy
  • Assist providers during weekly client visits

 

  • High School Diploma or GED required
  • Certified Case Manager or ability to become one within 30 days
  • Must be able to pass a federal background check through the Department of Human Services (Violent/Sexual/Predatory charges and/or convictions will result in denial of background check)
  • Execellent communication and listening skills
  • Empathy and the ability to work with people in distress
  • Preferred:
    • Experience with Medicaid population
    • 2+ year experience in substance use or mental health
    • Bachelor's Degree preferred
