Ideal candidates are comfortable working in cold temperatures and enjoy physical, fast-moving work. Pick, pack, and stage customer orders accurately in freezer storage Receive, stock, and rotate inventory using FIFO practices Load and unload shipments safely and efficiently Operate pallet jacks and warehouse equipment as assigned Maintain organized storage areas and accurate inventory counts Follow all safety procedures and company SOPs Work closely with warehouse and office teams to meet daily shipping goals What You Need Ability and willingness to work in sub-zero freezer temperatures for extended periods Ability to lift, push, and pull up to 50 lbs regularly Reliability and strong attention to detail Previous warehouse, freezer, food distribution, or cold-storage experience preferred Commitment to safety and teamwork in a physical work environment Pay & Perks Competitive hourly pay based on experience, consistent first-shift schedule, benefits eligibility, and advancement opportunities within a growing operation.   If you’re comfortable working in cold environments and enjoy staying active, apply today and help keep our warehouse moving.
