Senior Business Analyst – Credentialing Team
Position Summary
The Senior Business Analyst will lead the end-to-end implementation of AI-enabled credentialing solutions in partnership with Molina IT, external vendors, and Credentialing Operations. This role is responsible for translating complex credentialing, regulatory, and operational requirements into system configurations and scalable workflows, while ensuring alignment across Salesforce platforms.
- Key Responsibilities
- Serve as the primary liaison between Credentialing, IT, and AI vendor teams for implementation and ongoing optimization
- Lead requirements gathering, documentation, and translation into technical system design (Salesforce, vendor platforms)
- Drive end-to-end implementation activities, including workflow design, system configuration alignment, testing, and deployment
- Oversee vendor coordination, including requirement clarification, issue prioritization, and delivery tracking
- Lead user acceptance testing (UAT), defect management, and system validation across credentialing processes
- Identify and resolve process gaps, system defects, and operational inefficiencies
- Support ongoing system enhancements, bug fixes, and release management for Salesforce credentialing system
- Ensure all solutions meet regulatory, compliance, and audit requirements (e.g., CMS, state Medicaid rules, NCQA)
- Develop process documentation, job aids, and governance materials for sustained operations Provide executive-level updates on risks, timelines, and implementation progress
JOB QUALIFICATIONS
Required Qualifications
- At least 4 years of experience in previous roles in a managed care organization, health insurance or directly adjacent field, or equivalent combination of relevant education and experience.
- Policy/government legislative review knowledge
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Familiarity with administration systems
- Robust knowledge of Office Product Suite including Word, Excel, Outlook and Teams
- Previous success in a dynamic and autonomous work environment
Preferred Qualifications
- Prior experience implementing or supporting AI or automation solutions
- Knowledge of sanctions/exclusions monitoring, and provider enrollment processes
- Experience working in Agile or iterative delivery environments, including backlog management, sprint planning, and participation in cross-functional delivery teams
- Familiarity with Jira and release management processes
