Job Description
You will manage the recruiting process for assigned areas and regions, ensuring a seamless and inclusive experience managing regional recruiting processes In this role you will maintain and update recruiting activity reports to support transparency and informed decision making maintaining recruiting activity reports You shall build strong relationships with hiring managers and key stakeholders to guarantee smooth and timely recruitment operations building stakeholder relationships Additionally ensure the utilization of approved vendors and recruitment tools to uphold consistency, compliance, and quality utilizing approved recruitment vendors Furthermore act as a liaison with third party agencies, vendors, and partners delivering recruitment related services liaising with external recruitment partners You are expected to utilize the Applicant Tracking System as your primary tool for facilitating efficient and accurate recruitment activities using Applicant Tracking Systems Lastly develop and maintain a pipeline of qualified candidates for commonly needed positions to support ongoing workforce readiness building candidate pipelines
