•To follow-up and schedule the vehicle readiness for delivery.

•Information to customer on readiness of the vehicle for delivery and schedule timing and documentation.

•Delivery of the vehicle to the client.

•Managing the customer timelines for delivery.

•To ensure necessary hospitality and support till the delivery to customer.

•Provide important guidelines to the customer on the vehicle to the customer.

•Home delivery of vehicles to the customer as per requests.

•Vin verification against the invoice and the customer

•Customer verification

•Product demo

•Documentation explanation

•Acknowledgment signature on the Fame document & Feedback document

•Ensuring the TNPS score from the customer
