We call it 452 Hospitality, the foundation of how we serve our partners and their communities.  Reports to: Food Operations Manager(s) Responsibilities: Live out 452 Hospitality by delivering warm, welcoming, and memorable experiences for every guest and client.  Works directly with hourly stand supervisors and the operations team to ensure that all restaurants and carts are set up for success and continue to operate successfully throughout the day.  Oversees the Maintenance Associates and their daily jobs/projects. General upkeep of the warehouse, walk-in coolers, and freezers, including cleanliness, organization, and proper rotation of product, park-wide using the principles of FIFO. Monitors the use of and educates park staff on time/temp logs and cooler temperatures throughout the park. Monitors the use of and educates park staff on the proper use and storage of chemical agents. Provides preventative maintenance to food and beverage equipment throughout the campus. Manage the schedule for all preventative maintenance (i.e., hood cleanings, grease traps, pest control, and any quarterly/annual inspections within the maintenance department. Works with and schedules third-party vendors and technicians to ensure that proper care and reporting are done by these individuals. Escorts 3rd party vendors to their specific work site and stays on-site with the vendors throughout their visit. Logs all preventative maintenance tasks and reports to the Operations Manager any additional needs or adjustments to equipment, as needed, for the warehouse. Report all necessary equipment and tool needs to the Operations Manager. Process and work on submitted internal maintenance work orders for SSA areas. Prepare and provide a list of supplies, tools, and equipment for incoming work orders. If any of this needs to be sourced off-site, the list will need to be organized and submitted for approval to the Operations Manager. Provide the Operations Manager with the insight and knowledge necessary to inform decision-making and prioritize work orders based on the level of need. Provide an accurate quote of man-hours required for each work order. Eventually, work on a week-of and week-out schedule, organizing materials, man-hours, and tasks for the week prior and executing them the week-of. Supports the Food Service Operations Manager in developing the annual and quarterly maintenance budgets based on historical trends and anticipated future expenses. Picks up radio calls as they come through and can prioritize the urgency of calls, reorganizing tasks to fit the needs of the operation or as designated by the Food Service Operations Manager.  Displays a sense of urgency and professionalism at all times. Greets guests in front-of-house areas and answers questions/offers assistance to both guests and staff upon request. Adheres to all company policies and procedures, including health and safety practices, and completes all mandatory trainings as required. On opportunities of giving back Requirements High School Diploma or GED required for applicants over 18 years of age, not currently attending school  Ability to work in a fast-paced environment  Operate all equipment necessary to perform job duties  Physical ability to stand for extended periods and to move and handle boxes (up to 50 lbs.) of merchandise throughout the facility and perform all functions as set forth above  Must be available to work evenings/weekends/holidays as needed  Must have a valid driver’s license Previous Experience Two to three years of maintenance experience. All educational backgrounds are eligible.
