Position Summary...
As a key leader in Walmart’s grocery distribution network, you will champion asset protection strategies and operational excellence across our distribution centers. - Leverage Data & Technology: Use analytics and technology to identify risks, analyze causes, and implement solutions that improve asset protection and operations. Develop dashboards to inform stakeholders.
- Drive Business Solutions: Recommend and implement strategies for inventory, cold chain, and product integrity challenges. Build business cases supporting Walmart’s grocery goals and cost savings.
- Ensure Compliance: Support food safety and environmental audits. Enforce policies to meet regulations and integrate best practices.
- Ensure Employee Health & Safety: Oversee health and safety programs to ensure compliance with OSHA and food safety standards. Coordinate emergency response plans and educate associates on workplace hazards.
- Drive Process Improvement: Define and refine critical workflows, focusing on efficiency, safety, and product quality. Coach team members in process improvement methodologies to promote continuous improvement.
- Maintain Operational Excellence: Update and improve SOPs and OBW processes. Identify ways to streamline and boost efficiency.
- Enhance Asset Protection: Lead investigations into security incidents and shrinkage. Implement access controls and loss prevention for grocery logistics.
- Collaborate & Communicate: Work with teams and leadership to ensure clear communication and effective teamwork. Present information clearly to all audiences.
- Influence & Improve: Guide adoption of best practices in safety and asset protection. Provide and seek feedback for continuous improvement.
- Data Collection & Analysis: Expertise in gathering and analyzing data to identify risks and drive improvements in grocery distribution operations.
- Data Visualization & Governance: Proficiency in creating dashboards and ensuring data quality for decision-making.
- Operational Excellence: Experience in process improvement and operational efficiency, especially in high-volume, perishable product environments.
- Asset Protection: Strong knowledge of asset protection, investigations, and security best practices within distribution or logistics settings.
- Collaborative Communication: Excellent communication, presentation, and feedback skills, with the ability to engage and influence cross-functional teams.

The annual salary range for this position is $84,000.00 - $126,000.00 Additional compensation includes annual or quarterly performance bonuses. Additional compensation for certain positions may also include :

Minimum Qualifications...

2 years' experience in Retail, Supply Chain, or Manufacturing environment.Option 1: Bachelor's Degree in Criminal Justice, Occupational Safety Management, Audit, or related field;, AND 1 years' experience in the field of Asset Protection, Audit, Investigations, or Environmental, Health and Safety within Supply Chain, Retail, and Manufacturing, or related field.
Option 2: 3 years' experience in the field of Asset Protection, Audit, Investigations, Safety or Environmental, Health and Safety within Supply Chain, Retail, Manufacturing, or related field.
