Job Summary
The Sr Administrative Assistant - Temporary provides front-office reception support, delivering exceptional customer service and ensuring a welcoming and organized front office environment. This role also provides general administrative support to clients, managers and employees, and assists in daily office needs.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities
Greets visitors, clients, and team members with a welcoming and professional presence
Manages emails, deliveries and correspondence, routing them to the right people
Maintains a clean, organized, and inviting front office environment
Manages conference room scheduling and prepare spaces for meetings, and keep them neat and organized
Orders and maintains office supplies.
Assists with special projects and other duties as assigned.
Position Requirements
Education
High School diploma or GED equivalent required.
Experience
Minimum 3 years of experience as an administrative assistant preferred.
Functional/Technical Skills
Proficiency in Microsoft Office and Teams
Strong written and verbal communication skill
Professional appearance and demeanor
Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities
Excellent customer service skills
Environmental/Physical Demands
Work is typically performed in a standard office environment.
