Job Description:

 

Responsibilities:

  • Collaborate with stakeholders across Baker Tilly One India teams to identify and define organizational learning and development needs aligned with business goals.
  • Partner with business leaders, managers, and HR teams to design and implement learning initiatives that support employee growth and organizational development.
  • Plan and execute technical, behavioural, leadership, and professional development training programs aligned with firm objectives.
  • Collaborate across teams to deliver integrated learning solutions covering both business and behavioural competencies.
  • Maintain external industry relationships to stay updated on learning technologies, AI-enabled learning trends, tools, and best practices.
  • Monitor employee learning progress and support adoption of career development frameworks through a hands-on approach.
  • Provide consultative support to managers and leadership teams on learning interventions, performance management, and organizational development initiatives.
  • Guide and partner with HR Business Partners on talent management processes, including talent reviews, coaching, development planning, and performance management.
  • Implement various learning methodologies, including instructor-led, digital, blended, and AI-enabled learning solutions to enhance employee capability.
  • Evaluate the effectiveness of learning programs through feedback, metrics, and analytics while continuously improving learning systems and processes.
  • Collaborate across geographies with the US Learning Team to drive learning initiatives and program execution.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience required; master’s degree preferred (in a related field preferred)
  • Minimum of 4 years of related experience required
  • Strong project & program management skills — organizing, analyzing data, and keeping multiple simultaneous initiatives on track.
  • Proficient in MS Office, especially Excel (Power BI a bonus) and PowerPoint, with ability to manage and present data effectively.
  • Solid understanding of contemporary technology trends with hands-on experience in technology-related learning and instructional design.
  • Experience in L&D organizations, specifically in designing technology learning programs, training process management, and learning strategy.
  • Proven ability in vendor management, cross-border stakeholder management, and financial management within an L&D or program management setup.
  • Knowledge of instructional design principles and adult learning methodologies; certification in DISC, MBTI, Insights Discovery, or equivalent preferred.
  • Excellent verbal, written, facilitation, and presentation skills with demonstrated ability to coach, influence, and drive problem-solving across diverse audiences.
  • Collaborative, learner-centric mindset with strong prioritization skills, ability to work independently, and thrive under tight deadlines.
