A Merchandiser II can be expected to perform the following tasks in this role as a routine part of their job
Merchandiser II
Supports the account team as needed for account coverage activities to ensure service levels are maintained.
Maintains, tracks and manages inventory via the P2PDI process to ensure each account has adequate inventory to avoid out-of-stocks at all times.
Performs backfill account coverage for the assigned Account Manager as needed for coverage submitting routine account orders on a timely basis.
Runs varied routes as needed for market coverage as needed.
Performs all merchandising activities; stocking and rotating, organizing, and refilling back stocks, cold boxes/coolers, shelves, beer caves and displays adhering to all quality and rotation policies ensuring service levels are maintained.
Ensures service levels and compliance rates for each assigned account are met or exceeded.
Rotates product to ensure all quality standards and compliance regulations are maintained/achieved.
Works with Coaches/Leadership to record and track OOS in each assigned account.
Ensures all Andrews SKUs are priced appropriately and meet standard of visibility.
Walks the account for merchandising opportunities and pairing with Andrews’ portfolio.
Keeps backroom and inventory areas clean and organized. Notifies manager of any product breakage in an account.
Completes and documents retail call with signature and provides feedback to Account Manager and District Sales Manager (DSM) to ensure appropriate inventory levels and exceptional customer service in all assigned accounts.
Partners with the Account Manager to identify display opportunities, build displays and executes placement of signage and other merchandising items.
* This is a multi-leveled role with graduated levels of in-market experience, knowledge and skills and responsibilities.

One Plus Years’ Experience Merchandising and/or Servicing Retail Accounts
Current Valid Driver License
Must Have Dependable Vehicle to Use During Daily Shift; Must Carry Required Level of Insurance
Advanced Communication Skills
Previous Distribution Business Experience or Other Consumer Product Goods (CPG) Experience
