Your Impact
As a strategic, customer-focused Account Executive, you will lead Cisco’s engagement with Central Government accounts in Bangladesh. This role goes beyond sales targets—you will shape digital transformation agendas, influence policy-driven initiatives, and deliver meaningful outcomes through Cisco’s end-to-end technology portfolio.
Drive revenue growth by positioning Cisco’s full portfolio, including Networking, Security, Collaboration, Cloud, and AI Infrastructure
Develop and execute account strategies aligned with government priorities, digital missions, and policy frameworks in Bangladesh
Build strong, trust-based relationships with senior stakeholders across ministries and public sector organizations
Collaborate across cross-functional teams to deliver integrated, customer-centric solutions
Own end-to-end account success, ensuring business growth, compliance, and high customer satisfaction
Key Responsibilities
Lead sales of Cisco’s portfolio suite of solutions, including Networking, Security, Collaboration, Cloud, and AI Infrastructure, along with associated services
Develop and execute account strategies that align Cisco’s capabilities with the ministries’ priorities, digital initiatives, and policy frameworks in Bangladesh
Develop and execute strategic account plans to drive long-term growth, customer outcomes, and business priorities
Build and strengthen executive-level relationships, positioning Cisco as a trusted advisor and partner
Collaborate with cross-functional teams including Systems Engineering, Architecture, Services, Renewals, Commercial Finance, and Partners to deliver integrated, customer-centric solutions
Maintain a strong, compliant pipeline, ensuring consistent deal progression and timely closures
Own account performance end-to-end, including revenue growth, customer satisfaction, and adherence to government processes
Drive disciplined sales execution, aligned with public sector procurement cycles and timelines in Bangladesh
Foster a One-Team mindset by aligning diverse stakeholders across engineering, product, architecture, partners, and marketing to deliver unified outcomes
Minimum Qualifications:
Over 10 years of sales experience, with a strong focus on Central Government accounts in Bangladesh or similar markets
Proven experience in carrying and delivering against a defined sales quota
Proven track record of driving revenue growth and managing long-term client relationships
Strong understanding of government procurement processes, compliance, and decision-making frameworks in Bangladesh
Experience selling integrated technology solutions (Networking, Data Center, Security, Collaboration)
Proficiency with CRM tools (e.g., Salesforce) for pipeline management and forecasting
Demonstrated ability in consultative selling, stakeholder management, and closing high-value deals
