Job Description
The Director of IT Project Management Office is a strategic IT leadership role responsible for defining, maintaining, and executing project management standards and governance across the IT organization. This individual will ensure that all technology initiatives for Resort systems and infrastructure are delivered on time and within budget and aligned with the broader business objectives of the resort and casino operation. As a key partner to the executive leadership team, the Director of IT PMO will bridge the gap between technical execution and business value, managing a portfolio of complex projects in a highly regulated 24/7 environment.
