  • Manage user accounts, permissions, and access while following security best practices

  • Develop and maintain documentation for system configurations, procedures, and standards
  • Help define and maintain GBT’s standard operating environment and approved technology stack
  • Participate in IT projects that enhance performance, security, and user experience for both internal and external users

What You Bring

  • Strong knowledge of Windows environments, servers, networking, and endpoint management
  • Experience supporting PCs, business applications, and LAN-based systems
  • Experience providing IT support in a client-facing environment
  • Familiarity with system monitoring, backups, patch management, and security practices
  • Excellent troubleshooting, problem-solving, and organizational skills
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities and work independently and collaboratively
  • Professional communication and strong customer service skills, with the ability to explain technical issues to non-technical users

Why GBT?

  • Stable, member-driven cooperative with long-term focus
  • Competitive pay and opportunities for professional growth
  • A collaborative environment where IT plays a critical role in supporting employees and local businesses

At GBT, you’re not just maintaining systems—you’re providing high-level IT support to both our teams and our clients, helping businesses stay productive and communities stay connected.

If you enjoy solving technical challenges, supporting users, and making a real impact with IT, this is the opportunity to grow your career in a company that invests in its people and its clients.
