The Role

You’ll be the cornerstone of our client experience. From guiding policyholders to answering questions with clarity, you’ll ensure every client feels supported, confident, and empowered. You’ll serve as a trusted partner who makes insurance simple and stress-free.

What You’ll Do

  • Develop and nurture lasting relationships with clients after enrollment

  • Walk clients through policy details, updates, and claims

  • Explain coverage in clear, easy-to-understand terms

  • Work alongside team leads to streamline onboarding and service

  • Be the primary point of contact for client service needs

What We’re Looking For

  • Strong communication skills and a genuine passion for helping others

  • Comfortable with technology and remote collaboration tools

  • Organized, detail-oriented, and self-driven

  • Previous customer service or insurance background is a plus (but not required)

  • Must be legally eligible to work in the U.S. or Canada
