Job Description

We are seeking an Advertiser Enablement Manager to join the Global Monetization Product & Technology (GMPT) team. In this role, you will serve as the dedicated advertiser enablement lead for a specific industry vertical, helping advertisers, agencies, and sales teams leverage TikTok's creator and content solutions to drive business growth.

As a trusted advisor, you will partner closely with Sales, Product, Operations, and Creator teams to unlock adoption of creator-led solutions, identify revenue opportunities, and improve advertiser outcomes. You will act as the primary subject matter expert for your assigned vertical, translating industry trends, client needs, and product capabilities into scalable strategies that drive measurable impact.

Responsibilities: Advertiser & Sales Enablement

  • Serve as the primary Advertiser Enablement partner for an assigned industry vertical.
  • Partner with Sales teams to identify, develop, and accelerate creative-led revenue opportunities.
  • Consult with advertisers and agencies on best practices for leveraging TikTok's creator ecosystem and creative solutions.
  • Support strategic account planning and provide recommendations that drive adoption, spend growth, and business outcomes. Vertical Expertise & Strategy
  • Develop deep expertise in your assigned industry vertical and maintain awareness of market trends, advertiser priorities, and competitive activity.
  • Translate industry insights into actionable recommendations for clients and internal stakeholders.
  • Build and maintain vertical-specific playbooks, case studies, and best practices. Creator & Product Adoption
  • Educate advertisers on TikTok creator solutions, creative products, and emerging opportunities.
  • Lead client-facing workshops, training sessions, and business reviews.
  • Drive adoption of new creator and content products through proactive enablement and strategic consultation. Cross-Functional Collaboration
  • Partner closely with Sales, Product, Operations, Legal, Finance, and Creator teams to support successful campaign execution and advertiser outcomes.
  • Surface advertiser feedback, market insights, and product opportunities to influence roadmap discussions and go-to-market strategies.
  • Support operational excellence by ensuring adherence to processes, policies, and program requirements. Business Impact & Measurement
  • Track and analyze adoption, revenue, and performance trends across your vertical.
  • Leverage data and insights to identify opportunities, remove barriers, and improve advertiser success.
  • Contribute to vertical business planning and quarterly growth initiatives.

Minimum Qualifications

  • 3+ years of experience in digital advertising, marketing, creator partnerships, account management, consulting, or related fields.
  • Experience working directly with advertisers, agencies, or sales organizations.
  • Strong understanding of digital media, creator marketing, and performance-driven advertising solutions.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills with the ability to influence stakeholders across multiple levels.
  • Demonstrated ability to manage multiple priorities and navigate ambiguity in a fast-paced environment.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with experience leveraging data to drive decisions.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience supporting a specific industry vertical such as Food & Beverage, Retail, Travel, Auto, Entertainment, Financial Services, Healthcare, or Technology.
  • Experience working with creator marketing, influencer programs, or social media advertising solutions.
  • Familiarity with TikTok advertising products and creator ecosystem.
  • Experience collaborating across Sales, Product, Operations, and Marketing functions.
  • Proven track record of driving revenue growth, product adoption, or client success.
