What you´ll build
The SAP Internship Experience Program is SAP’s global, strategic, paid internship program that provides university students with opportunities to find purpose in their careers.

Position Title: SAP iXP Intern - Essential Digital Experience Analytics & Operations 
Location: São Leopoldo, Brazil


Key tasks include, but are not limited to, the following:

    • Reporting & analytics: Build and maintain dashboards in CRM systems, data visualization and transformation tools, integrating data from multiple sources and customer success indicators. You will also support data quality assessments and troubleshoot reporting inconsistencies.
    • QBRs & monthly reporting: Help compile and analyze data from multiple sources for monthly communications and quarterly business reviews, while supporting documentation and maintenance of knowledge repositories.
    • New Customer Logic Management: Assist in maintaining the logic behind new customer distribution across solution areas, providing stakeholder support and executing weekly assignment list refreshes as needed.
    • Customer Feedback operations: Support the management of ongoing survey programs across multiple platforms and help troubleshoot survey triggering and response collection to contribute to cross-platform analytics across all solution areas.
    • Content, Branding & Communications Support: Support the team's daily content and communications operations, including maintaining internal and external sites, designing visual assets aligned with branding guidelines, crafting clear messaging for internal stakeholders and performing quality checks on content.

    • Currently pursuing a bachelor's degree in Economics, Computer Science, Business Administration, International Relations, Data Science, Information Systems, or other related fields.
     • Positive, "can-do" mentality with a passion for learning and taking things off the drawing board.
     • Ambition to grow within a customer success organization and learn global strategy routines.
     • Good at planning and proven consistent in commitment and time management.
     • Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic, and collaborative environment.
     • Good logical skills for managing and creating internal processes.
     • Strong interest or hands-on experience in data analysis and business intelligence, comfortable organizing, transforming, and analyzing data, building reports and dashboards, and applying a structured, detail-oriented approach to data quality and documentation.
     • Fluent in English, written and verbal. We are a global team, so clear communication is essential. Other languages are a plus.
     • Experience with data analysis tools and CRM systems is a plus
     • Good graphical design skills or a genuine interest in developing them is a plus
