Job Description
Overview:
- Appropriate Independent Ohio licensure, required.
- $42/hr Flat Rate
- Must maintain a minimum commitment of 16 hours per month, scheduled consistently across the month to support team coverage and continuity of care.
- Required to attend all mandatory trainings and educational sessions specific to the Psychiatric Crisis Department to maintain competency and compliance.
- Must be flexible and willing to work variable shifts, including days, evenings/nights, weekends, and holidays, based on departmental needs.

- Assists in developing specific, realistic, and measurable treatment goals and objectives.
- Accurately assesses and documents client presenting problems, history, symptomology, mental status, and diagnosis. Prescribes initial interventions in a timely manner.
- Employs strategies of intervention that are consistent with empirically supported treatments and consistent with program expectations.
- Remains current in general knowledge of psychopharmacology in pediatric behavioral healthcare and collaborates consistently with team psychiatrist.
- Coordinates client care with other service providers and community resources to assure continuity of care.
- Completes clinical charting and other related administrative paperwork in accordance with policy standards.
Education Requirement:
- Master's degree in Counseling, Social Work or Marriage and FamilyTherapy, required.
- Doctorate, preferred.
Licensure Requirement:
Appropriate Independent Ohio licensure, required.

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills in order to establish and maintain positive relationships with clients, families, peers and community representatives.
Experience:
Experienceproviding and managing behavioral healthcare to children, adolescent and families, required.
