IT – Cutover Lead

The Impact You’ll Make in this Role

As an Cutover Lead, you will have the opportunity to tap into your curiosity and collaborate with some of the most innovative people around the world. Here, you will make an impact by:

Lead planning and facilitation of End to End Walkthroughs , including preparation of plans
Lead execution of Cutover Plans 
Lead preparation of Continuity plans  
Work with Global Cutover team to prepare and execute Cutover workshops  
Support preparation of Gate deliverables

Your Skills and Expertise

To set you up for success in this role from day one, 3M requires (at a minimum) the following qualifications:

Bachelor’s degree or higher (completed and verified prior to start) and Five (5) years’ experience in Information Technology in a manufacturing, private, public, government, or military environment.

High School Diploma/GED (completed and verified prior to start) and Eight (8) years’ experience in Information Technology in a manufacturing, distribution center, private, public, government, or military environment

Additional qualifications that could help you succeed even further in this role include:

Six Sigma Black Belt experience is preferred  
Project management experience is preferred  
Past Business Transformation deployment experience is preferred  
Cross functional business experience  
Facilitation skills and experience

Work location:

Work location: Maplewood 3M Center

Travel: May include up to 15% domestic/international

Relocation: Is not authorized

Applicable to US Applicants Only:The expected compensation range for this position is $124,127 - $151,710, which includes base pay plus variable incentive pay, if eligible. This range represents a good faith estimate for this position.
