This leader will own the financial narrative for EU AMXL operations performance, provide strategic insights to the business, and drive accountability across the organization.
The ideal candidate is an experienced finance professional who thrives in ambiguity, has a bias for action, and demonstrates a proven track record of delivering results through cross-functional partnership.

- Own the consolidation of EU AMXL Financials, providing inputs, analysis, and compelling storytelling to senior leadership
- Lead all financial reporting cycles, ensuring accuracy, timeliness, and actionable insights for senior leadership and stakeholders
- Support weekly, monthly, and quarterly finance reviews, delivering compelling financial narratives and strategic recommendations that drive decision-making
- Drive month-end close processes, partnering with Accounting and cross-functional teams to ensure accurate and timely financial results
- Establish and enhance controllership practices, including internal controls, variance analysis, and financial governance frameworks
- Ensure data fidelity across critical reporting systems (e.g., Cognos, Discovery, Redshift, PS Decks, Balto)
- Partner with product and BI teams to drive automation and scalability of financial reporting
- Build robust and scalable finance processes and tools that influence and support both tactical and strategic decision-making
