Hires, trains, and evaluates team members. Sets clear performance goals and provides regular feedback. Fosters a collaborative and productive work environment. Addresses personnel issues promptly and effectively. Oversees the implementation and maintenance of systems. Ensures systems are functioning efficiently and securely. Coordinates with IT for system updates and troubleshooting. Optimizes system use to improve workflow and productivity. Develops and implements data reporting strategies. Ensures data accuracy and integrity. Analyzes data to provide actionable insights. Creates and maintains dashboards and reports for stakeholders. Ensures security, maintenance, and support of datasets, QVDs, and Power BI datasets for self-service or distributed development. Other duties as assigned.Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities:• Expert knowledge of data engineering/integration and business intelligence standards and solutions. [Required]
• Previous success in designing and developing Data and BI applications. [Required]
• Advanced SQL knowledge, including mastery of stored procedures, SQL coding, queries, indexing and database/SQL performance tuning. [Required]
• Experience with cloud and/or on-prem data warehouses, including a comprehensive understanding of Data Warehouse design principles. [Required]
• Understanding of and experience with OBIEE analytics solutions based on ERP (PeopleSoft, Workday) data, in areas such as, HR, Finance and Supply Chain. [Preferred]
• Knowledge of other Hyperion tools (HFM, Essbase, Planning, DRM) [Preferred]
• PeopleSoft or Workday application experience [Preferred]
• ERP Systems implementation experience [Preferred]
• Snowflake experience [Preferred]
• ADF experience [Preferred]
• Healthcare industry experience [Preferred]
• Project management experience [Preferred]
Education:
• Bachelor's [Required]
Field of Study:
• (or foreign equivalent of Bachelor degree) or higher in Information Systems/Technology, Computer Science, Business.
Work Experience:
• 1+ experience in information technology [Required]
• 10+ experience developing bi reports and applications using obiee, qlik or power bi platforms [Required]
• 10+ years of experience with relational data structures, theories, principles, and practices. [Required]
• 8+ years of experience developing data solutions with data engineering and etl tools such as informatica, odi, ssis or adf. [Required]
• Experience using databases in a business environment with large-scale, complex datasets. [Required]

Pay Range:
