Painter - 1st Shift

Join the Martin Sprocket & Gear, Burleson, TX team as a Painter, where you'll follow process sheets, blueprints, and supervisor instructions to complete production tasks. You’ll be responsible for safely maneuvering parts, applying water-based paint with precision, inspecting and stenciling parts for quality, and ensuring finishing specifications are met. We are looking for someone with prior paint sprayer experience, attention to detail, and the ability to work in a fast-paced, non-climate-controlled environment. If you have basic mechanical knowledge, can lift up to 35 lbs. and value teamwork, we encourage you to apply!
