Job Summary

Agent Pipeline is seeking Contract Support Specialists to help support our agents and agencies, carrier partners, as well as internal staff throughout the onboarding process. Answers questions and offers assistance regarding contracting, status checks, and carrier portals

Primary Responsibilities:

  • Documenting incoming agent contracts and following the appropriate workflow for the contracting process.
  • Preparing contracts for the submission process (i.e. scrubbing, collecting missing information, etc.)
  • Reaching out to agents to retrieve missing items necessary to complete the onboarding process.
  • Send contracting links in a timely and accurate manner.
  • Process contracts through carrier portals.
  • Serve as subject matter expert on agent contracting; assist others as needed with contracting processes.
  • Maintain transparent communication. Appropriately communicate information through department meetings, one-on-one meetings, and appropriate email, IM, and regular interpersonal communication.
  • Document discussions, messages, and actions taken to process requests.
  • Complete all assigned tasks accurately and in the time frame provided by leadership; communicates with leadership if time frames cannot be met or tasks cannot be completed as assigned; communicates when further training is needed to complete task.
  • Providing outstanding customer support.
  • Embraces change; demonstrates ability to learn, grown, and continuously improve.

Primary Skills & Requirements:

  • Ability to effectively present information in one-on-one and small group situations to customers, clients, and other employees of the organization.
  • Ability to deal with problems involving several concrete variables in standardized situations.
  • Knowledge of Internet software; Excel Spreadsheet software and Microsoft Word Processing software.
  • Must be willing to work flexible hours during peak times.
  • Must be able to pass monthly OIG and SAM Exclusion List checks.
