Job Description
The Associate Vice President (AVP) of Behavioral Health is an executive leadership role responsible for the strategic direction, operational excellence, and financial sustainability of MFS’s behavioral health portfolio. Operating within a complex, geographically diverse, sprawling urban environment, the AVP provides leadership to a diverse service array including a variety of grant funded and Fee-for-Service (FFS) clinical programs, the Certified Community Behavioral Health Clinic (CCBHC), and integrated services addressing Health-Related Social Needs (HRSN).
