This is not a sitting behind the desk all day job—you’ll be on your feet, interacting with clients, supporting your team, and helping keep the clinic running smoothly.

What You’ll Do:

• Welcome clients and their pets with warmth and professionalism

• Manage appointments, phone calls, and front desk flow

• Assist with check-ins, check-outs, and client communication

• Support the veterinary team with organization and coordination

• Help create a calm, friendly environment for pets and people alike
