IT Business Systems Analyst/Supply Chain Summary The IT Business Systems Analyst/Supply Chain role provides support to the Global Supply Chain Teams and Customer Service. The person filling this role will be a key member of the IT Business Services Team reporting to the Director of IT Business Services. He/She will be supporting a global, multi-channel and highly integrated environment. Responsibilities: Represent the business as the Supply Chain, Manufacturing Quality SAP subject matter expert. Responsible for all implementations relating to the SAP MM/PP/SD Modules Lead or Co-Lead projects pertaining to new SAP MM/PP/SD functionality ensuring blueprints, configuration, specifications, training, testing, cut-over, go-live support validation documentation are properly planned for executed. Recommend solutions to improve business practices via existing SAP MM/PP/SD functionality. Assist end-users with identifying resolving technical issues. Work remotely with a team of 4-6 employees located globally. Knowledge of the organizational structure and culture to help build relationships with key groups. The desire to be the voice of the user community to senior management. Translate high-level business discussion into detailed requirements. Produce, and manage, high-quality documentation including reports and dashboarding.
