Director of Agencies

The Director of Agencies (DOA) is responsible for planning and implementing strategic sales plus recruitment plans to successfully achieve and grow Agency’s business and manpower objectives. DOA is entrusted with the task of managing and supervising groups of Agency Leaders /FCs to ensure that they are leading and growing their teams.
