IT Support Specialist

The Role

Keep our tech running smoothly while solving problems and supporting our growing team's IT needs.

What you will be doing

• Provide onsite support for our users whenever they need a helping hand
• Respond to support requests and provide technical assistance for hardware, software, and network issues
• Install, configure, and maintain computer systems while providing user training on IT applications
• Monitor network performance, troubleshoot connectivity issues, and assist with user account management
• Document and track all support cases through to resolution
• Contribute to IT projects and initiatives as they arise

What we are looking for

• Ability to be in the office 4 days a week
• Understanding of computer hardware, software, and operating systems (Windows, macOS, Linux)
• Excellent problem-solving and troubleshooting skills
• Strong communication abilities and team collaboration skills
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field (preferred)
• Experience with networking concepts, protocols, and command line scripting (Bash/PowerShell) is a plus
