The Role
We are looking for a Test Data Management professional to design and implement secure, compliant, and high-quality test data solutions. The role focuses on data governance, data masking, and provisioning to support testing while ensuring compliance with data privacy regulations. Key Responsibilities Design and implement Test Data Management (TDM) strategies across applications and environments Define and enforce data governance policies for test data usage Implement data masking, anonymization, and obfuscation techniques for sensitive data Manage test data provisioning, subsetting, and refresh processes Ensure compliance with data privacy regulations (GDPR, etc.) Collaborate with application, QA, and data teams to provide reliable test datasets Maintain data lineage and traceability for test data Automate test data creation, masking, and deployment processes Support audit, risk, and compliance requirements related to test data Required Technical Skills Strong understanding of data governance and data privacy principles Hands-on experience in data masking tools/techniques (static & dynamic masking) Experience with SQL and relational databases Knowledge of data subsetting, synthetic data generation Experience with ETL/Data pipelines (ADF, Informatica, Databricks – good to have) Familiarity with cloud platforms (Azure preferred) Understanding of data lineage and metadata managementStrong knowledge of Test Data Management (provisioning, subsetting, refresh) Expertise in data masking techniques (static, dynamic, anonymization) Understanding of data governance & privacy regulations (GDPR, PII) Proficiency in SQL and database handling Experience with ETL/data pipelines and cloud (Azure preferred) Basic scripting/automation skills (Python/Shell)

Required Skills and Experience
Key Responsibilities
• Design, develop, and maintain scalable data pipelines and data platforms.
• Build and optimize data solutions on cloud environments (primarily Azure).
• Implement and manage data governance and cataloging solutions.
• Work with structured and unstructured data across SQL and NoSQL systems.
• Develop infrastructure using Infrastructure as Code (IaC) tools.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams including data scientists, analysts, and DevOps.
• Ensure data quality, reliability, and performance across systems.
• Apply best practices in software engineering, including SOLID principles and design patterns.
• Participate in CI/CD processes and DevOps workflows.
• Write unit tests and ensure code quality using modern testing frameworks.

Required Technical Skills
• Strong programming skills in object-oriented programming (Python preferred).
• Hands-on experience with Azure Cloud services (storage, networking, IAM, etc.).
• Experience with SQL and NoSQL databases (Cosmos DB is a plus).
• Knowledge of data governance practices (e.g., Unity Catalog).
• Experience with Infrastructure as Code (Terraform).
• Understanding of DevOps, CI/CD pipelines, and agile development practices.
• Strong grasp of software design principles (SOLID, design patterns).
• Experience with Domain-Driven Design (DDD).
• Familiarity with unit testing frameworks such as pytest and mocking tools.
Experience With Databricks Delta Live Tables, Databricks Platform, Data Engineering, Data Lake, Data Lakehouse Architecture, PySpark, Scala (Programming Language), Structured Query Language (SQL)
