IT Service Engineer

Experience:

- Providing application production support in ACC.

- First Level Suppot for appplications for Call Centers.

- Initial troubleshooting of applications.

Functions:

- Give supports to Call Center, Screen Recording plataforms and Mobile apps.

- The person should provide application production support in ACC.

- First level support for applications for 3PCC call centers and Call Recording systems.

- Initial troubleshooting of applications – does not include the code changes and defect fixes.

- Should coordinate with other teams to resolve the outages.

- Documentation for support and troubleshooting.

- Updating knowledge database.

Location: Guadalajara.
