Quality Assurance Analyst - Operations (Hybrid)

We currently have an opportunity for a Quality Assurance Analyst to join our Operations team based in our Salem, VA or Farmington, CT offices on a hybrid schedule. This position is responsible for assisting in the quality assurance process in order to identify operational, system/software or underwriting problems that can be improved to allow for higher quality outcomes.
