Job Type: Full-Time Salary Range: $100K - $140K per year Job Location: Desert Hot Springs Ca.
Sign on bonus up to $10K, plus daily productivity bonuses available
All Star Physical Therapy in Desert Hot Springs, CA is looking for a driven and compassionate Physical Therapist (PT) to join our close-knit, outpatient orthopedic team

In this role, you ensure great patient treatment and outcomes, while also guiding and overseeing our dedicated PTA's
We are thrilled with our new AI documention software
It literally cuts your documentation time by 90%, giving you more time to treat your patients
All of our PT's receive daily productivity bonuses which often add up to around an extra $1300/month

You’ll achieve success by:
- Reviewing patients medical history
- Provide excellent 1:1 care for your patients, spending an average of 30 minutes with each person
- Diagnosing patients by observing their movements and listening to their concerns
- Developing individualized treatment plans for patients with clear goals and expected outcomes
- Using exercises, stretching, equipment, and hands-on manual therapy to manage patients’ pain, increase mobility, and prevent further pain and injury
- Recording patient progress and modifying the plan of care as needed
