Facility Manager

You will serve as a front-line leader focused on safety, compliance, reliability, and profitability Hands-on leader with strong technical knowledge of industrial gases operations and safety practices Requires off-hours availability (laptop/cell) and up to 10% travel Further, you will ensure safe, compliant, efficient, and reliable plant operations Optimize processes to improve capacity, efficiency, and cost performance Manage financial performance, including cost targets and productivity improvements (Six Sigma) And you will lead, coach, and develop a small team of technicians and drivers Maintain compliance with OSHA, DOT, FDA, EPA, and other regulatory standards Build and maintain strong customer and supplier relationships Develop and execute short- and long-term maintenance strategies Manage capital and expense projects; coordinate with engineering resources And you will oversee quality assurance programs and support audits Maintain accurate records of process and equipment changes (MOC, Variance, MVF, QA) Respond quickly to plant issues to minimize operational and customer impact Support other Bulk CO₂ facilities with operations, training, and maintenance as needed
