Pharmacist - After Hours

The Pharmacist is responsible for ensuring that all prescriptions are dispensed accurately and safely while providing pharmaceutical patient care ensuring the highest level of therapeutic appropriateness for patients. The Pharmacist responds to a multitude of scenarios including, but not limited to: Ensuring timely provision of CareRx after hours pharmacy services, verifying safe and appropriate medication administration, assessing and dispensing critical medications, and arranging drug deliveries with our delivery team as required.
