Job Description
Supplier Quality Management
- Drive supplier quality performance improvement across assembly, test, packaging, and material suppliers throughout Taiwan and Asia.
- Lead supplier quality reviews, performance assessments, and corrective action activities.
- Conduct supplier audits and process assessments.
- Monitor supplier quality metrics and support supplier scorecard programs.
- Support supplier qualification, process change reviews, technology transfers, and risk assessments.
- Track and drive closure of supplier corrective actions and audit findings.
Customer Quality Management
- Serve as a primary quality interface for Taiwan-based customers and support strategic customer engagements across Asia.
- Lead customer complaint investigations to drive root cause and corrective action resolution with best in class 8D, customer support and responses.
- Support customer audits, quality reviews, and technical discussions.
- Monitor customer quality metrics including dPPM, customer escapes, and response time performance.
Quality & Reliability Leadership
- Lead structured problem-solving activities using 8D, 5 Why, Fishbone, FMEA, and statistical analysis.
- Partner with Reliability Engineering and Failure Analysis teams.
- Drive containment, corrective actions, and preventive actions.
- Support qualification reviews and risk assessments.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or related technical field or experience.
- 15+ years of semiconductor quality experience.
- Experience with supplier quality, customer quality, manufacturing quality, or reliability.
- Strong customer-facing and supplier-facing experience.
- Strong communication in Mandarin and English – both spoken and written.
