North Allegheny School District seeks candidates to fill a HR Coordinator - Talent Acquisition and Staffing position, effective date to be determined.
The Human Resources Coordinator � Talent Acquisition and Staffing works directly under the Director of Human Resources, focusing on staffing and the internal and external talent acquisition processes to best support a high performing workforce to meet the mission of the District, and ensure compliance with all Federal and State laws and requirements, including the Pennsylvania Department of Education.
Salary commensurate with experience.

Minimum Requirements:
- A Bachelor's Degree (BA, BS) or combination of experience and education to fulfill the requirements of the position required.
- Three to five years of progressive experience in Human Resources or related field preferred.
- Experience and skilled in using electronic communication methods and software programs, including Microsoft Office Suite, Munis or other Human Resources data platforms.
Current clearances are required and include:
- Child Abuse History Clearance
- PA Criminal Record Check
- FBI Fingerprint Clearance
- Mandated Reporter of Child Abuse Training
- Successful candidate will be required to complete a pre-employment Physical and TB Test.
