Territory: We are now expanding our high-quality care throughout Palm Beach County, hiring skilled Geriatric Speech-Language Pathologists to join our team. This position covers our Central Palm Beach Zone, including Wellington, Royal Palm Beach, West Palm Beach, and Lake Worth.

What You’ll Do:
Provide high-quality, one-on-one speech, cognitive, and swallowing therapy to geriatric patients in their homes.
Complete Evaluations, Re-Assessments, and OASIS documentation (Start of Care, Resumption of Care, and Discharge).
Develop and implement plans of care to address speech, language, and Dysphagia (swallowing) disorders.

What You Need:
Active Florida Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) License.
Current CPR/BLS Certification.
Valid Driver’s License and reliable transportation.
Kinnser/WellSky and OASIS experience is a plus.
