Exciting position at GF BFS Latvia

We are in a fantastic  development with a number of  new solutions that  have gained a lot of market attention. GFBFS Latvia is therefore looking for a Customer Service Specialist to support customers in the country.

Your primary tasks

1 Order processing

2. Returns processing

3. Active order acquisition (e.g. to achieve the freight-free limit)

4. Forwarding of shipping information (wrong delivery, inventory times, etc.)

5. Management of outstanding order lines (order monitoring)

6. Customer care

7. Processing of backlogged items (delivery reminders etc.)

8. Creation of goods-related credit notes

9. Clarification of payment differences

10. Claims processing (e.g. over-/underdeliveries, damage, pickups, etc.)

11. Processing depreciations

12. Orders archiving

13. Shipping coordination (fixed dates, truck orders, parcel service)

14. Unit Manager support on administrative topics and office management

We expect you to have

-  Commercial vocational training

-  Good knowledge of MS Office applications

-  Good knowledge of the ERP system Oracle – is a plus

- Good knowledge of Salesforce – is a plus

-  Very good knowledge of spoken and written English

-  Confident demeanor and friendly interaction with customers

- To be flexible and resilient, open-minded, interested and decisive.
