Retail Project Manager

The Project Manager is responsible for managing multiple fast-paced retail and QSR construction projects from start through completion. This role oversees schedules, budgets, subcontractor and vendor coordination, permitting, inspections, documentation, and client communication to ensure projects are delivered on time and within scope. The ideal candidate comes from a commercial remodel, rollout, or buildout environment and is comfortable managing several smaller projects at once in active consumer-facing settings. This is an execution-focused construction PM role, not a design, architecture, single large-project role, or an IT adjacent role.
