Configure Salesforce solutions using declarative platform capabilities, including Flows, Validation Rules, Dynamic Forms, Lightning App Builder, Security, Approval Processes, and Object Model configuration.
Develop custom functionality where required using Apex, Lightning Web Components (LWC), SOQL, and Salesforce APIs, while following a low-code, configuration-first approach.
Build and support integrations between Salesforce and enterprise systems such as ERP platforms, middleware, marketing solutions, and external applications.
Collaborate closely with consultants and architects to translate functional requirements into scalable, maintainable technical solutions while supporting testing, troubleshooting, and deployment activities.
Contribute to solution quality through technical documentation, code reviews, best practices, reusable components, and continuous platform improvements.

Strong Salesforce configuration experience with the ability to develop when required.
Experience with Apex, LWC, SOQL, REST APIs, and integrations.
Understanding of Salesforce products and ecosystem
Familiarity with Data Cloud, Agentforce, AI capabilities, or integration platforms is a plus.
Experience working in consulting environments and Agile delivery teams.
