Job Description
Associate Urban Designer to support seniors and PMs in day-to-day technical and design exercise in a designated project.
Key Responsibilities:
Support senior team members in developing urban design concepts, masterplans, and detailed layouts.
Contribute to the production of design drawings, diagrams, and presentation materials.
Conduct site analysis, research, and benchmarking to inform design proposals.
Assist in preparing reports, design briefs, and technical documents.
Participate in design workshops, reviews, and meetings as needed.
Manage time and tasks effectively to meet project deadlines.
Requirements
Degree in Urban Design, Architecture
Master degree in Urban Design, City Planning or Landscape is an advantage
0–5 years of relevant professional experience.
Strong design and graphic communication skills.
Overseas experience is added value
Proficiency in:
AutoCAD
SketchUp
QGIS
Rhino (Grasshopper is a plus)
Lumion and/or Enscape
AI visualization
