Clean Team Inc. is currently seeking dependable and hardworking individuals to join our team as Part-Time Evening Commercial Cleaners serving Grand Rapids and surrounding communities. Position Information

• Job Title: Evening Commercial Cleaner / Janitorial Technician
• Employment Type: Part-Time
• Location: Grand Rapids, Michigan and surrounding service areas
• Shift Hours: 5:30 PM – 10:30 PM
• Schedule: Monday through Friday with occasional weekend opportunities
• Work Environment: Commercial buildings, office facilities, and business locations
• Start Date: Immediate Openings

Primary Duties and Responsibilities

As a Commercial Cleaning Technician, you will help maintain clean, safe, and professional environments for our customers.

Daily responsibilities may include:

• Clean and sanitize office buildings, commercial facilities, and workspaces

• Vacuum carpets and floor mats

• Sweep, mop, and maintain hard-surface flooring

• Empty trash and recycling containers

• Dust furniture, fixtures, and common areas

• Clean and disinfect restrooms and breakrooms

• Wipe and sanitize high-touch surfaces

• Replenish paper products, soap, and cleaning supplies

• Perform general custodial and janitorial services

• Follow company cleaning procedures and quality standards

• Maintain safe handling and use of cleaning products and equipment

• Assist with supply inventory, transportation of materials, and site support tasks

• Complete assigned routes and cleaning assignments independently or with a team

Qualifications

Required

• Must be at least 18 years of age

• Valid driver's license required

• Reliable transportation to travel between work locations

• Ability to work evening and night shifts

• Strong attendance and dependability

• Ability to lift, bend, reach, and perform physical cleaning tasks

• Attention to detail and commitment to quality work

Preferred but Not Required

• Janitorial experience

• Commercial cleaning experience

• Custodial experience

• Housekeeping experience

• Environmental services experience

• Floor care experience

• Building maintenance experience

• Office cleaning experience

Paid training is available for qualified candidates without prior experience.
