- Guest Services: Greet members warmly, check in guests at the gate, and provide attentive hospitality throughout their visit.
- Facility Maintenance: Arrange loungers and umbrellas, and continuously tidy the pool deck, furniture, and surrounding facilities.
- Safety & Compliance: Monitor guest activity, maintain a comfortable environment, and enforce facility policies.
- Operations Support: Report damages or maintenance needs promptly to supervisors.
- Swim Lesson Support
- Experience: Previous hospitality or customer service experience is highly preferred.
- Physical Ability: Must be capable of working outdoors in the elements and lifting or moving pool furniture.
- Dignified Demeanor: Requires a professional appearance, strong communication skills, and a friendly, approachable attitude.
