At LCMC Health, we're looking for an experienced RN who is passionate about patient safety, quality improvement, and clinical excellence. In this role, you'll partner with leaders, physicians, and frontline staff to drive performance improvement initiatives that enhance patient outcomes and ensure regulatory compliance.

What You'll Do

  • Lead and support quality, safety, and regulatory initiatives across the service line.
  • Monitor performance metrics, identify opportunities for improvement, and implement evidence-based best practices.
  • Collect, analyze, and report data to drive decision-making and ensure compliance.
  • Design and facilitate educational programs and interdisciplinary improvement activities.
  • Collaborate with leaders, providers, and team members to achieve quality and patient safety goals.
  • Serve as a resource and mentor for staff on quality, safety, and professional standards.

Qualifications

Required:

  • Current Louisiana RN License
  • 2+ years of nursing experience in the applicable service line
  • BLS, ACLS, and PALS certifications
  • Specialty certification (or willingness to obtain within an agreed timeframe)
  • ADN, BSN, or Master's degree in a healthcare-related field

Preferred:

  • Experience in quality improvement, accreditation, regulatory compliance, or clinical education
  • Experience with performance improvement methodologies, simulation, Cerner, and e-learning platforms
