Reporting into the Maintenance Manager, this role is responsible for supporting plant operations by maintaining and repairing machinery, equipment, and infrastructure used in rubber processing and production. This role plays a key part in ensuring minimal downtime and optimal performance of extruders, mixers, presses, and other rubber manufacturing equipment. The ideal candidate brings strong troubleshooting skills, mechanical and electrical knowledge, and a proactive attitude toward preventive maintenance and safety.
