
Customer Support Specialist (Polish)
Job Description
David Kennedy Recruitment is working with a leading Outsourcing/BPO consultancy who is seeking to onboard a Polish speaking Customer Support Specialist for their Lisbon offices.

DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
Handle sensitive and classified information, with a focus on confidentiality
Meet deadlines while maintaining high efficiency and quality of work under pressure
Ensure accuracy and attention to detail, understanding that even minor aspects can have significant impact
Make decisions and complete tasks independently with minimal supervision
Actively solve problems and deliver customer-centric solutions
Focus on customer satisfaction
Collaborate effectively as a team member, contributing to overall success
Track and focus on personal and team KPIs, maintaining a positive, results-driven attitude
Flexibly manage workload and adjust to varying order volumes.
REQUIREMENTS:
Native/Fluent level Polish, both oral and written, as well as fluency in English (at least B2 level)
Ability to work in a highly sensitive, confidential environment
Strong time management skills, with the ability to work under tight deadlines
High attention to detail and accuracy in all tasks
Proven ability to make decisions and work autonomously
Strong problem-solving skills with a customer-focused approach
Enthusiasm for tracking and improving both individual and team performance metrics
Familiarity with SAP and back-office operations is an advantage (training can be provided).
