Job Description
To strengthen our team, we are looking for a motivated Shop Technician (m/f/d) who contributes with technical expertise and a strong team spirit to keeping our inspection systems in top condition.
Purpose of the Position
As a Shop Technician, you will be responsible for the assembly, testing, and maintenance of our state-of-the-art pipeline inspection tools. You ensure that our equipment is always fully operational and ready for deployment, thereby making a key contribution to the success of our projects worldwide.
Your Responsibilities
Assembly, configuration, and inspection of pipeline inspection tools
Performing functional tests and quality checks
Maintenance and refurbishment of tools
Reading and implementing technical drawings
Identifying and reporting deviations or technical issues
Ensuring compliance with processes, checklists, and quality standards
Adhering to HSEQ guidelines and maintaining a safe working environment
Close collaboration with other departments to ensure successful project execution
Your Profile
Completed technical vocational training (e.g. mechatronics, electronics, mechanical engineering)
Initial experience in a technical environment is an advantage (e.g. ILI, UT)
Experience working with mechanical and electronic systems
Confident use of tools and measurement equipment
Ability to read and interpret technical drawings
Good command of English, both written and spoken
