Position Summary Lead Electrical Engineer – Power Generation Zachry Engineer Corporation (ZEC) is currently seeking a talented and self-motivated Lead Electrical Engineer with power plant design experience to join our Electrical Department in Charlotte, North Carolina. This role offers the opportunity to lead challenging and high-impact design projects within the Power industry. The Lead Electrical Engineer independently applies extensive and diversified knowledge of electrical engineering principles to power and industrial projects. This position leads electrical design execution, oversees project planning and coordination, and manages a team of engineers and designers to deliver technically sound, code-compliant designs. The role requires strong leadership, cross-discipline coordination, and field support throughout project execution.
